Team coaching will enable your school leaders to:

Team coaching provides a supportive, thinking partner for senior and middle leaders and teachers to build their skills and develop a solution-focussed approach to their work. Coaching conversations take place using the GROW model, including questions which explore the situation fully and build insight and empathy and help shift perspectives in order to develop understanding. Sessions work towards setting SMART goals in order to improve performance.
